The beginning of the hike

Last week, a group of 30 Transition year students spent the night in Glendalough as part of their Gaisce programme. They planned and organised the whole trip, cooked all their own food, hiked 25 kilometres over the course of two days and even found the energy to stop in both Jump Zone and Blanchardstown shopping centre on the way home!
